Ahimsa Health Care operates as a franchise partner of Healthians Labs. All diagnostic tests and sample processing are performed by Healthians Labs' NABL-accredited laboratories.
1. Services
Ahimsa Health Care provides the following services:
- Individual blood tests and diagnostic tests
- Curated health check-up packages
- Free home sample collection by trained phlebotomists
- Digital reports delivered via email and the Healthians app
We act as an intermediary between the customer and Healthians Labs. Sample collection, processing, and report generation are carried out by Healthians Labs and its certified personnel.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years and above. Minors may avail services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Booking Process
Bookings can be placed through the following channels:
- WhatsApp: Message us at +91 6366115274 with your name, test/package name, preferred date and time, and address.
- Phone: Call us at 6366115274.
Once a booking is confirmed, we will schedule a phlebotomist visit at your preferred time and location. Booking confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp.
Fasting Requirements
Certain tests require fasting (typically 8-12 hours). We will inform you of any fasting requirements at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to follow fasting instructions for accurate results.
4. Sample Collection
- Home sample collection is provided free of charge across our serviceable areas in Delhi NCR.
- A trained and certified phlebotomist from Healthians Labs will visit your location at the scheduled time.
- The phlebotomist will carry proper identification and use sealed, sterile collection kits.
- You or a responsible adult must be present at the time of collection.
- If the phlebotomist is unable to collect the sample due to unavailability or incorrect address, a re-visit may be scheduled.
5. Reports
- Reports are generated by Healthians Labs' NABL-accredited laboratories.
- Digital reports are typically available within 24-48 hours of sample collection, depending on the test.
- Reports are delivered via email and the Healthians mobile app.
- We may also share a copy of the report via WhatsApp upon request.
- Reports are for informational purposes and should be interpreted by a qualified medical professional. Ahimsa Health Care does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
6. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges.
- Healthcare diagnostic services are exempt from GST in India. No additional taxes are charged.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation will be honoured.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Collection: Pay the phlebotomist in cash at the time of sample collection.
- UPI: Pay via any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.).
- Online Payment: Prepay via the payment link shared on WhatsApp.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation
- You may cancel your booking at any time before sample collection by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone.
- No cancellation charges apply if cancelled before sample collection.
- Once the sample has been collected, the booking cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
- If you have made a prepayment and cancel before sample collection, the full amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
- If the sample is collected but the report cannot be generated due to a laboratory error or sample damage, a free re-collection will be arranged or a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds are not applicable once a valid report has been generated and delivered.

8. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking at no extra cost by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone at least 2 hours before the scheduled collection time. Rescheduling is subject to phlebotomist availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Ahimsa Health Care acts as a facilitator between customers and Healthians Labs. We are not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or interpretation of test reports generated by the laboratory.
- We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Test reports should be reviewed by a qualified healthcare professional.
- We shall not be liable for any delay in sample collection or report delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or laboratory equipment issues.
- Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
- We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to sample collection procedures, though such occurrences are rare.
10. Privacy & Data
- We collect personal information (name, phone number, address, health data) solely for the purpose of providing our services.
- Your data is shared with Healthians Labs for booking, sample collection, and report generation.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or health data with any third party for marketing purposes.
- Test reports and health data are treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, page layouts, and design elements, is the property of Ahimsa Health Care or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
